I think I got it from the thread, is the consensus here:

1) I closed my Gold Biz card 6 months ago, and
2) I haven't had Platinum Biz card in 12 months, and
3) the language of my offer says: "Welcome bonus offer not available to applicants who have or had this product within the last 12 months..."
4) that would mean I should qualify for 150,000 MR points once I spend $20k in 3 months. Right?

Anyone had this similar situation or knows if points will post? Maybe it is too early to say. My offer is valid till 9/1/14, so I have about 5 weeks to pull the trigger.
