Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Book lowest cost room. One night using points, two nights using BOGO.
Received upgrade to an executive room which was on a high floor with nice view. I doubt it was larger than a standard room, however.
How are the rooms?
Comfortable. Not large.
How is the exec. lounge?
Excellent. Large. Attentive staff. Great food and drink offerings. Bartender is there in the evenings to prepare cocktails. Lounge did cost extra. As a RA I asked for, but did not receive, a discounted rate for use of the lounge.
Did you receive a welcome gift?
Yes.
How was the minibar?
Fine. At check -in the clerk seemed hesitant to confirm that the minibar drinks would be gratis, but they were and there was no attempt to charge for them.
What was good and what was bad?
Lounge was great. Nothing bad to note.
