I just SM'd again and they again stated that the AF was non refundable. Think I should call them? They also haven't received the payment yet so there is still a balance besides the AF. That is not due for another 3 weeks. I don't want to cancel the card if I'm forced to pay the AF. Is it 30 or 37 days for sure?
