You can verify if your T-mo card is blocked when you call the phone number and it asks you to "enter last 4 digits of your phone number". If you don't get your balance of your card after entering your phone last 4 digits of your phone number your card is blocked. It will say "Invalid entry" and ask you to re-enter your T-mo card information. I have been blocked before and know what to look for and I asked the T-Mo CSR once before and the CSR reiterated about you can tell if you are blocked if you can't hear your balance after entering your phone number.

I really should check the post first). The number is from Reloadit, and the lady who answered my phone after the automatic recording told me she could help to remove the block. With some personal info, she issued me a ticket number, and said it will take 1-2 business days to get unblocked.
Hopefully, it will not bring sb. too much attention on my account. Keep finger crossed.
