I think you guys need to read a lot before you do any of this, you learn a lot from peoples experiences, this question has been asked a million time and the answer is everywhere, i can answer your question, many others can too, but if you don't read; you won't learn and if you don't learn you will make more mistakes than others, my advice is to spend few hours and read, it will only benefit you.
