1) The GCs have debit card function but they are NOT real debit cards. Please get this concept straight. Else you would stay confused to no end.
2) The GCs are NEVER referred to by BB's official rules as being debit cards. In fact, in straight sense, they are NOT allowed to be used to load BB - hence the reason why online loading is only allowed with a REAL Debit Card that links to your checking account.
3) What we are doing here is to take advantage of the legislation loophole that makes all those Visa GCs that "claim" they are debit cards to have PIN function capability.
4) Loading at the machine is limited to ONE single card at a time, up to $1000 a limit if you actually see the machine yourself. It clearly states on the screen of the dollar range one could load, up to $1000. Of course unless you use a Real debit card, there is no way you would ever find a GC that has a $1000 value.
5) Loading with a human being you could figure out yourself on how to handle it.
6) The daily limit of the load is $2,500 and however you decide to do it, the info is all in the last few pages.
