Same here a few days ago, although I was flying KL. There was no opportunity to ask the lady at the desk about the access policy, the crowd trying to get into the adjacent regular lounge was so large that it spilled over onto the staircase. Entire extended families were waving Priority Pass cards, the staff were having difficulties processing payments and involved in all sorts of arguements, etc. I managed to sneak past everyone and cut in line at the CPH Apartment desk, so I got in in no time.

The Apartment lounge was a haven of peace and quiet, the maximum number of guests at any time during my stay there was five, myself included, and we all sat quietly in various corners.

The number and selection of newspapers and magazines in this little lounge was easily ten times higher than what the huge Schengen CrownLounge offered a few hours later, and the food was much better too. I do not drink alcohol before I fly, so I cannot comment on the beverage selection, I never pay any attention to it.

The nextdoor Novia Louge is now called the Aviator Lounge, by the way. I didn't dare take a peek, but it must have resembled a primate zoo, what with all the passengers wanting to pay for the privilege of fighting each other over the meagre catering offering.
