My 55" TV is of 75in X 29.5in X 25.5in (only 6 inch more in height). and the same call center lady told me that i can go early and check at the counter and see if they let you checkin because it is only 6 inch difference (no guarantee though). else you have to go with cargo.

So as a PLAN B - i called BA Cargo and they are charging me 275$ + 75$ insurance.

so worst case if i take it as CARGO - do i get the 35000Rs exempt at Indian airport

anyone experienced this scenario before? thanks
