What is shocking? That occupancy is low? I was at the Conrad BKK the last week in May. All guests were asked to have b/f in the executive lounge. When I had b/f, the lounge was not that busy - I sat at one of their window seats. Of course food choices are less compared to the main restaurant. This is still a great hotel. I have fallen to HH G, but I am still upgraded from standard room to corner room with executive lounge access. The evening Happy Hour remains unchanged.
