Seat pitch is a standard measurement; the F seats on the 763 are pitched at 37-38", comparable to DL 739, 739, 75X and other aircraft. No NW F seat at time of merger had greater pitch. NW F seats ranged from 34-37 inches.
These seats are more deeply cushioned, and with thicker seat backs, than some others in the fleet. One can see that as a good thing or as a bad thing. They may have more recline - I haven't sought to measure it.
The 2x2x2 layout yields four aisle seats per row. Two aisles mean a sense of spaciousness and better real maneuverability for passengers and FAs.
Seat width can be a concern for the clinically obese (not just overweight). 18.5 inches between the arm rests will accommodate seated hip breadth for 99th percentile men and women. Men are a little wider in the shoulders but so is the seat.
All the laments suggesting this is a bad ride are misplaced, IMHO. With AVOD everywhere and widebody layout, this is among the best std domestic F products.
