The Westin has, by far, the better location. (By a factor of five.) The Sheraton is in a central BUSINESS location, but fairly off the beaten path for anyone looking to be closeby excellent dining and diversions, not the mention the coast. Some will find the Sheraton to be dated and in a grungy feeling environ.

The Westin has no club lounge that I'm aware of us. The Sheraton's is a very solid club lounge -- on par with other Latin America Sheraton Club Lounges. In my experience, always a few notches above domestic US lounges.
