I flew MUC-IAH last week in BF with a broken lavatory. As it was a 764, that left one restroom facility for 39 people on a 12 hour flight, no bueno. Sent an email to CS on Sunday and received a $300 voucher on Monday. Quick turn around and more than I was expecting. The template was not exactly filled out correctly, they apologized for my flight in economy.
