+1 Yes it's an easily answered question, but for newbies the upgrade award chart can be confusing, and the rules change frequently. And there is legitimately a bit of strategy here...a W is more likely to clear than a T is the total costs are similar.
And to be fair, I'd never seen that web page before, so the link was helpful to me. And I stopped being a new flyer a long time ago.
