Complaining to Easyjet?
Good morning everyone!
Yesterday I flew between Malaga and Newcastle with Easyjet. However, it was a very unpleasant flight.
My tray table had stuff (which I don't dare think what it is) growing on it and had hairs and bits of food stuck to it. Similarly, my window blind (I was in the window seat) had mould growing up it once I had pulled it down because it was too bright.
I would like to write them an email about it but I was wondering if I am likely to get a response and what may be done about it?
