I've had two or three rentals at SMF this year. I have no complaints; it's a smaller station located in the consolidated rental car center at the airport. I've been satisfied with the cars I've been assigned as far as low mileage and working condition. The employees I've dealt with have been fine as well.

That being said, I wouldn't pay a premium to use them over National or Avis either.
