While the post is '09, I believe the measurements are for the current sizer.

I've seen AA use 10 x 15 x 23 inch sizers in 2010 and 2011. But then that just goes toward AA being inconsistent in sizer use too as that is more than the allowed linear inch count has been for quite some time too.
