Agree with kb1992 that ON is typically greater than O, just as R typically greater than I.
It's so sad that we have to watch this like a hawk. I have been waitlisted for an upgrade to GF for two months on my flight tomorrow to LHR. After check in I decided to check the fare classes and of course ON1 was there - so I had to call - and explain what to do to the agent - and then she called the supervisor who cleared my upgrade. Both her and her supervisor didn't understand why my upgrade didn't clear automatically - I explained to them that in the last 24 hours things are handled differently - they were dumbfounded...
