I have a feeling it won't. It's very driveable. I actually took advantage of a one-way car rental out of Florida deal that 's common after Spring Break through Hertz and Enterprise and maybe a few others, and flew into MCO and out of ATL, and passed the St. Augustine/UST area. UST to ATL is a little over 5 hours but it's a fast drive on six lane highways. MegaBus also services it and I saw atleast one bus during my drive. From Megabus' website, it appears between Atlanta and Jacksonville, it goes without stops too.
I'd think MDW-UST would be a gold mine. While MDW and ORD both service Chicago, Southwest after AirTran acquisition has a MDW-Florida monopoly and fares are so high on some routes - Spirit effect out of ORD isn't working to make Southwest lower the MDW Florida fares. I'd think Frontier on MDW-UST would be popular.
CLE-UST could be possible, but maybe MDW first since it's a larger market? I suppose it depends more on aircraft utilization though (i.e. where the plane will be based, and part of other new routes with it).
