Bunch of thiefs
I was booked on a BQB flight, but the flight was cancelled a week before (in fact, the flight did not exist between SCL and MVD, but they sold it to me anyway).
After several phone calls and many emails, it is now six weeks later and I have not received my money back, nor a reimbursement of my other costs. They now still owe me 830USD of which I do not expect to see a single cent.
Do not fly BQB: they cannot be trusted!!!
