I recycled it with the paper pile.

It was so wasteful to send it to me. They sent me the card in a regular mail. Maybe they were on short supply or something at the time -- no idea, but I never got the "box". Whatever. No big deal to me. Maybe 7 weeks later (no kidding), I got the box with just the booklet about the card and benefits. I was so puzzled because the box says card is inside and clearly, it's not. Why they bother to send it to me 7 weeks later is beyond me.
