I also called the Plat Hotline to use the availability guarantee which did not show up online - and they told me (*or better said read to me a script like a nine year old) it would get back to normal tomorrow...after telling me about the bug which they thought would get me off the phone, they then did not however honor my booking request, for the date (12/06) was 'delicate' (quoting the hotline lol) - even though not listed as a blackout date for Paris.
