Wait...Hyatt gives out Diamond just for being HH Gold?

I roughly think of HH Gold = HY Plat and HH Diamond = HY Diamond. (Stress roughly.)

Surprised Hyatt doesn't want to see an HH Diamond card before they chip you off a free Hyatt Diamond card.
