Hi all

I am a dual Thai/UK national. I have been travelling to the US using my Thai passport with my B1/B2 visa obtained in mid 2009. I then acquired a UK citizenship later the same year. I've never tried to enter the US on my UK passport as I didn't see the point applying and paying for an ESTA that would last only two years when my B1/B2 visa valids until September 2019.

My Thai passport is expiring in August and there is no easy way to apply for a new one without me either going back to Bangkok (no trip planned) or taking a day off work to travel down to London but that would take about 8 weeks.

Would there be any issues at immigration if I apply for ESTA and travel under VWP and my UK passport to the US from now on?
