I did SFO-LHR two years ago with my sons (redeeming Chase miles) and really liked the whole experience from the departures lounge in SFO to the connection in London with the Elemis spa and restaurant for lunch (we went out of T3 both times).

Of all the positive things we experienced, my favorites were the Laurent-Perrier champagne (amazing) and the way the crew tried to customize the dinner and breakfast menu--whatever we wanted to try, as much as we wanted (several appetizers and no main--no problem; two mains--no problem--they were really accommodating. We had a full cabin, too, so they were busy. My only negative was that I thought that the cabin was too warm but I get overheated easily.

I'm doing this route again in late July but it seems like you've covered everything, so unless the menu changes dramatically there won't be anything to add.
