The chap in the the picture is indeed called Ulf Prytz, but he is not the one involved with the Svalbards.
This one is the former head of a local chapter of Sverigedemokraterna, a Swedish far right wing party. He was attacked by two men who may or may not have been immigrants (reports are not consistent on that).
