And even if the client does insult (here not the case), staff member needs to inform manager-on-duty or dismiss client himself, based on householder's rights.

If the client threatens with violence (here not the case), staff member needs to call security, and in a locale with alcohol and guns he must be trained to deescalate!

A staff however who himself threatens a client with violence is obviously uneducated, uncivilized, soon unemployed - and criminal.
