I met an actual Nigerian today. As far as I can tell he didn't try to scam me.

Just saying.
How novel. I meet and work with "actual" Nigerians pretty much every day. They are the first to warn you about Nigerian criminal gangs and frauds. It doesn't help anyone, least of all Nigerians, to pussyfoot around the issue.
