However, I've been directed to the Apartment lounge quite a few times when traveling in Y. I fly in and out CPH on a very regular basis. When flying AF or KL, whatever the class (Y, W[AF] or C) :
- in June/July 2013 I had been directed to the Novia lounge, on the left : it is a bad and crowded lounge as johan described
- since september 2013 I am directed to the CPH apartment, which is much nicer
I will fly today so can report.
