Thanks for these posts! I'll be getting into Hong Kong at 6am and have been thinking about what to do before check in time. I'll be there for 2 nights at the beginning & at the end of my trip. I'll now research flats and check my hotel perks to see if I can get an early check in.

Flats as in an apartment?
Early check in is available often especially if you have status. But even if not available, it will be about 7.30 or 8 am when you get to the hotel and you can leave your bags and go out to explore. Have fun!
