Making changes isn't free either. Changing policies, processes, paperwork, etc. Plus they probably have hours and hours of meetings (labor time) just discussing what to cut and how to implement it. It makes me wonder how their cost to implement the cuts compares to their actual savings (before counting the cost of pissing off their best customers)
