Brugge, I've yet to see a report of Citi blacklisting anyone for canceling a card. Not a single one. If you are aware of any such account closings, I would really appreciate it if you would share that information with the rest of us. The only reports that I've seen of Citi blacklisting anyone have involved massive amounts of manufactured spending or past charge offs. I've not seen any reports of Citi severing a relationship as a result of a customer canceling a card. Any datapoints or information you have to the contrary would be appreciated.
