I am trying to make a change for a flight tomorrow. Same issue as the OP. US/Canada numbers are perpetually busy. Mexico has me on hold but I think they said earlier in the call that they are now closed.. I don't recall and am afraid to hang up . UK doesn't work.

Any tips on how to get in touch w/these guys?! Need to change an award flight for tomorrow and my desired flight just opened up.

FYI - HKG can't make complicated changes, e.g. changing a Reward routing significantly. They can make simple or COS changes
