This has been an interesting read. I guess that I have a very simple palate. My absolute favorite is Community Coffee New Orleans Blend (dark roast with chicory) with Café Du Monde a close second. Dark, rich, smooth and strong. Not my usual morning coffee (it's sad to waste it at a time when I simply need coffee in order to kickstart my brain) but my go to when I really, really want to enjoy my coffee. Au lait .
