Mrs. FindAWay and I have long been fascinated with the ancient jungle temples of Cambodia and recently journeyed to Southeast Asia for the first time to see them along with stopovers in Taipei and Bangkok and a bit of relaxation in Phuket.

Our 11 day trip took us on 10 flights on 5 different carriers (for a total of 23,643 miles flown) through 8 different airports with 7 nights spent in 5 different hotels. We routed our trip like a westward mini-RTW (
comes to mind) and selected an itinerary that provided us with lie-flat business class seats on 5 of the 6 flights that were more than 75 minutes (the exception being the 6-hour PHL-LAX on US domestic first). We were also walked from a hotel for the first time in our collective travel experiences and had to change our planned ride home on CTA blue line to a taxi.
