DL does not let non-revenue passengers under the age of 6 in the premium cabin. Are you sure that the 2 year old was a non-rev and not a paid passenger?
If you were talking about today's 7am SEA-JFK I can let you know that there were ZERO non-revenue standby passengers up front. Non-rev bashing in this case wouldn't be warranted as the entire BE cabin was full of paid passengers and upgrades.
