We stayed at the Hotel Granvia opposite four years ago and had looked forward to staying at the not-yet-opened Sheraton next time. (The pictures on our Mar 04 posting are of the Sheraton as seen from our Hotel Granvia room in 2010)

Now we've given up on Sheraton and are returning to the Granvia for four nights - at half the Sheraton's price! Age and health will likely preclude another visit to Hiroshima - ironically our favourite city in Japan so far!
