Used an old SWU on DL414 today SFO-JFK. I was #1 of 1 on the upgrade wait list. I cleared sometime between T-2hr and T-1hr, with 5 BE seats open (according to the app.)
BE was full when we left. While this is BE, there's really no room to put a drink without using the fold out table.
