My only comment would be to try and announce any changes to the Altitude program well in advance. The Co_pay announcement so late in the year left a sour taste in many peoples mouths.
We did not take this decision lightly but had to do it once we decided to move forward with a state of the art product for both the 787 and refurbished 777s. Our old program would not have positioned us to make this investment. We know how important advance notice on changes is to our customers and strive to provide as much as possible.
