HBO does not come up in any promotional discount search, the booking engine version that they run on does not display them. So currently they are not combinable.

Not sure whether they will add support for them, some may argue HBO are discounted anyway. Personally I think they should allow support for them to be discounted, and also allow HBO to be mixed with non-HBO, plenty of times I only take a bag one way. If the saving is due to removing baggage, let people do it by direction, and let people in CE do it.
