Overall IMHO it's not as good as the former program and may just quit collecting altogether. I recently returned from BCN and didn't have my rewards number on me when I made my purchase but tried to credit it after the fact online and encountered massive issues. I sent an email and they credited my account but admonished me to always present my Rewards number at time of purchase. I liked the old plastic card but all I have now is the paper card I printed out online after the program change and don't always carry it with me when I'm sightseeing around a city.
For a while, I wondered about the efficacy of a Planet Hollywood pass someone gave to me years ago, back when they had
more than five restaurants around the world. Supposedly, it would've let me skip lines - it's laughable these days - and provided discounts on certain menu items.
Does the HRC card have similar benefits?
