Given the timing I would just head to the hotel and relax. Depending on where you're coming from you might not have a lot of energy anyway. The airport's not exactly right in the city either. And the 101 observation floor closes at 10, I believe.
If your flight is at 9 you'll need to be at the airport a good bit before then. The Novotel is very nice. Make sure you get on the shuttle schedule for the morning as they don't run super frequently and the bus isn't that big. But it's only about a 5 minute drive from the first terminal it stops at.
