Haven't seen this mentioned here yet. It's being reported that rehab of Terminal 3 should be completed in July and in August SQ, CX, EK, KL, DL will move all their operations from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3. They mention they are building lounges but no specifics on what lounges or when they will be open.

"August" is the reported date for the move. It is of course MNL, so dates may be malleable but it's a Japanese contractor working on T3 so who knows maybe it will happen then.
