"slight" rotation is a subjective word open to interpretation. Just like for the slight inclination of NEV. I would say 20o. The feet goes on the side of the seat in front. Let's assume that the F seat has no rotation (face forward so that feet do not slide under anything, then that gives much more width to each seat.
CX seats have a somewhat similar rotation angle, but they only put three seats per row, not four like AF. I have done dozen flight on AF F, numerous on SQ, JL, NH, OZ, EK, LX, LH (and some I forget). Dozens on BA and many dozens on CX. BA does not have more space than AF but is more private (I am not a fan of BA F). The others are both wider and more private to various degrees.
