I tried calling, and I get varying reports from the agents on what they can see for those flights; but it's never the 2 seats reported by the search tool.
I've had agents 'see' VS award seats (G class I believe) but not able to grab it. Supposedly it comes back as 'sold out' or they are not able to grab it at all. At the same time the seats are available on VS.
