Because the 777 feels old to me now. I acknowledge the Dreamliner has had its share of problems but I've padded my travel schedule to allow for these delays. People say they can't feel the difference, but for me, I definitely notice an overall better travel experience including less fatigue when I arrive at my final destination now that I fly the Dreamliner. Having been a loyal CO customer, I'm already used to the sCO BF seat, so the smaller foot wells are not an issue for me. Additionally one of my pet peeves, on the sCO 772's and 764's is the lack of air vents, which the Dreamliner takes care of. I guess it's all just relative to the traveler and their personal preferences.
