They could - if they had the aircraft.
The fleet is already very tight for this summer, they had to scratch to find aircraft for the CLE expansion.
Everything is now based on the arrival of the A320Neo's - I believe the first is due at the end of next year. They don't want to take out too many long term leases on non-Neo aircraft in the interim and short term leases can be more expensive.
I believe this will be solved - there may be a couple of additional aircraft - but winter is when Apple flying spikes and there may be some other calls for winter flying.
The fleet is still a work in progress from Indigo's perspective, but I guess decisions will be made shortly.
The problem for ILG is that it is "always there" - I doubt too many other airlines will set up shop at ILG anytime soon. With CLE it was a case of striking while the iron of United's de-hubbing was still hot.
