I qualified for the 100k miles on my December 2013 statement for both me and wife. Had many conversations with AA and Citi, went up through supervisors. It seemed that supervisors are the only ones that understand this issue. Nothing posted by beginning of March. I called AA who admitted it was their issue - I needed to book a trip - AA booked it and put my account in negative in order to get ticketed. As of today, our accounts are still negative!
