Our records show 100,000 miles were expedited to American Airlines AAdvantage account number XXX on 4/15/14. Please allow 3-4 business days for the miles to post with American Airlines.
Edit: miles showing up on AA now

If you may at your convenience, please RE-report my miles for Executive Mastercard account ending in XXXX to American Airlines. American Airlines did NOT receive the miles reported on XX/XX/XX.
Here is the last response I have received from American Airlines requesting Citi to RE-report the miles.
