My second statement closed yesterday on my second citi AA exec. Last month it showed my spend plus bonus points, but showed zero reported to AA. I sent an e-mail to AA about 3 weeks ago and received no response, but, as mentioned, all points from this month and last month now show on my statement as having been reported to AA. I am in exactly the same boat, second statement closed 2 weeks ago, was told by Citi that after this statement closed all my miles would post including the sign up bonus. Still seen nada. At this rate, maybe AAdvantage will add another devaluation before any of us even get the miles we've earned!
Pretty ridiculous, only reason I even signed up for this card was because of the loss of Amex Plat use at the AC (of course the 100k sign up bonus was the silver bullet in the end). I'm pretty confident Amex would never screw anything up to such an absurd degree.
