People, the prepaid cards are real money. You do not sit on them. It is easy to lose sight when you are used to have thousands and thousands $ changed hand frequently yet not seeing a single bill... Until something happens, like losing the cards, or fraudulent charges happened and drained the cards before you "get" to them... then you kick yourself why you do not take care of business asap.

I purchase 1 or 2 of these a few times a week and go to Wal-mart once a week to do a 2k or more bill pay.
And with respect to 7 days, absolutely right. I have lost 5.95 on about Day 7/8 on 4 cards of the 50+ total cards I bought so far.
